Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Or as it's known in the casino industry, Happy Thursday!! Actually, I have the next couple of days off and don't need to go back into work until Saturday. Of course that's a good thing if I really had some BIG plans for the holiday, but I really don't. At least no travel plans or anything like that.

I'll be spending the entire day tomorrow as a third wheel over at my friend's house (Steve, from several posts back), watching football and eating way more than I should! Since the Lions game begins at 9:30am our time, I'll probably get up around 8am, get ready for the day, and then put together the guacamole that I'm taking over.

It kind of sucks in that I don't really have any family in the area to visit, but I have only two days on the work schedule this week. Accordingly, most of my co-workers would LOVE to have Thanksgiving off, and yet need to work. Don't try to figure out the gaming industry, your head will hurt!

P.S. Oh, by the way, one good thing about Thanksgiving being here is that, according to Mikey, all of the coctail waitresses at work will begin wearing their naughty little Santa outfits beginning Friday! ;-)
